I own the UX strategy and vision for products and platforms - ensuring design decisions actively drive core business metrics rather than functioning as an execution arm. I own key decisions required to solve business and user needs, and oversee the full roadmap from visioning to iteration. At Workspace, reframing support volume as a design problem unlocked a 45% contact rate reduction. At Maps, product decisions rooted in user behaviour drove ~$3B in revenue.

I consistently find opportunities to use AI to unlock both new ways of working and new user value. I exhibit fluency with the new capabilities afforded by AI and build those into both my team's solutions and its workflows. At Google Cloud AI, I designed the Gemini Enterprise Agent Builder so that an HR admin and a developer could use the same product. The result: powerful systems that feel approachable without hiding their capability.

I champion value across the Google ecosystem - considering journeys with consistent UX across products so our portfolio offers highly engaged users both added value and greater simplicity. I shape the practices needed to deliver on PA-level OKRs, business and user needs, and UX vision. I've designed for billions of Maps users and for enterprise admins managing global organizations. Apigee API hub was built on this principle: catalog foundation first, intelligence layer on top.

I span multiple levels of influence - leading cross-organisational collaborations, resolving misalignments, and maintaining close partnership with xFN peers to set PA-level direction. I align stakeholder expectations across orgs, driving momentum for UX design goals tied to broader OKRs and user needs. On Gemini Agent Builder, I cut through a bloated stakeholder matrix of 3 PMs, 3 Senior Engineering Managers, and a Group PM - and shipped GA on schedule.

When Gemini Agent Builder was announced publicly before the UX was solved, I structured work into clear milestones and shipped at two major Google events.
